I was skeptical on how well these bags would hold up and how easy they would be to use. I have done some minor tuck pointing here and there but this item is a game changer. They make the mortar go exactly where you want it. No sloppy dribbles or messy mix being spilled. The trick is to make sure the mix is just a little bit on the wet side. Not a lot or it just pours out the opening. Make sure you fold the bag on the wide end multiple times so the mix doesn't come out that end.

These are really handy for applying grout to difficult places without the mess... you can cut the nozzle to increase hole size...I used to apply high strength cement with pea gravel to a horizontal gap under a slab. Worked well.

I use grout bags a lot in building block walls. We wear them out or lose them. The little pointing trowel and the striking tool were just icing on the cake here.

To use one must have a lot of hand strength which I do not have. But for those who do it’s an easy way to fill in spaces.

Good quality. Just very messy to use and so just did it old school.

I was using one of the bags I brought the grout up some 20mm bluestone pavers with a 5mm grout gap. Bag was going great until it split open on the seam, started to use another bag and by the end of the grouting that to started to give way at the seam. Area I had to grout was only 60m2 and the pavers were 800mm x 400mm so not that many lines.. bags need to be reinforced along the seams.

Very large bags. The only issue I had was if the mortar a little too thick the bag seam would split under pressure. Keep bags clean after few fill ups to keep mortar easy too use. 3 x bags with tools.
