Bad customer service, missing parts.
Meter came missing a washer that I asked the company to send. The company asked for more $ for washer. I returned the meter and ordered a less expensive meter that works perfect.

More than expected for a $100.00 meter
The meter appears to work, and the stainless-steel body is a very solid feature. The dials frequent shutter and stall as they rotate which gives the impression of imminent failure, but the pulse is repeatable, which is all I need for the installed application. You can clearly hear the turbine wheel’s rotation, so I do not know how long this unit will last.In the end, it is a $100.00 meter so my expectation is not that it would be NASA quality, but only time will tell if the notations above are indicative of a very short lifecycle.

Worked good on Opensprinkler.... till it didn't
It was working for a while and then stopped. The sprinkler box had a leak and it submerged the meter and I think this is what might have killed it.You would figure that a stainless water meter could take water. I haven't been able to pull it and look deeper but it does not seem to be impeding flow at this time
