I had to return this item as it does not provide enough of support for running. I do not even have a big cup sizes. It was also too big and would not call it high impact. I tried jumping up and down to test and this bra failed me.. It is nicely made, but would only recommend for women who like wearing sports bras at home or for light excercise.

For the price it is a fairly decent, well made bra. I personally would not describe it as ‘high-impact’ unless that refers to the black eyes I’d get if I tried to wear it running etc. It is however perfect for helping with the support I need for my upper spine.

I like the fit around the band and length from shoulder to the band but the cups are rather small. I am a C cup and have had to take the cups out, this does reduce the support a bit. However, I would buy again.

I bought size XL. It was slightly too small but managed to put it on. I'm not worried by that as I'm in an active process of loosing weight. It will be perfect at New Year.I'd suggest size XL is more suiable if you buy tops in size 16 or slammer.Very good top.

This is the second purchase of this sports bra after a recommendation from a friend. It is great quality, size and value for money. 10/10. Washes well, will no doubt buy again
