I have purchased these egg noodles several times and I am never disappointed! They always taste fresh and work with so many different meals. There is also recipes on the back of the bag for easy meal ideas with these noodles. Also great for chicken noodle soup and other soups that call for this noodles. Short cut noodles not long in length

Similar to fideo or vermicelli. I made a very nice noodle casserole with them so far.

Use 2-bags with 2-pounds of ground beef 80-20 works fine. When cooking in skillet put in whatever spices you like chop a medium size sweet onion up throw it in. While cooking ground beef chop it up like crumble burger. When noodlesare done drain them pour half back in pot then half of the meat pour some olive oil in then stir it up pour rest of noodles in and meat more olive oil stir good and you have a simple but DELICIOUS MEAL! You can sprinkle some cheese on if you like or a little red sauce or both!

I live in a city of over 350,000 citizens and am unable to purchase these locally anymore so need to resort to online purchase. They are just was I want and need, so am happy with the product but have to pay signficantly more online. Also, it states that they will be delivered within 5-7 days and the delivery took 16 days to arrive, which was disappointing.

The product was perfect for homemade chicken noodle soup. The three bags are enough for 6 batches of soup.

Excellent noodles had trouble finding them in the store

Noodles are fine if you don't mind broken noodles, but the box was cobbled together and therefore not very strong.
