Bought these to protect our twin bedside cabinets so we could put drinks on them but protect the wood surfaces from spills and scratches. They look really nice,are a soft beige colour and have a slight texture of hession with a hint of gold sparkle.Quite thick and totally waterproof so no damage or scratches to wood surfaces. Good choice of sizes/shapes. Mats look really classy, don't look plastic look like material but are very practical/wipe clean. Bought extra mats as placemats for dinning table and as gift for a friend who had admired them and had same idea to protect her tables. Nice quality, look good,very practical and protect bedside units and oak dinning table. Also use one on my tea tray so no slippy surface when carrying drinks.

I bought these table mats in green – they look great on our garden table and I’ve been really pleased with them so far – and for the price, I think they’re really good value. They’re simple but well-made, and I like that the design is quite clean and works with different setups. The texture and finish give them a nice look - they feel like good quality straight away. Cleaning is super easy – a quick wipe is usually enough – and they dry fast too. They’ve held up well to hot plates and mugs without any marks, which is reassuring. I also noticed that they don’t slip around, which helps keep everything in place, especially outdoors. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and functionality. I am delighted with the mats which are exactly what I wanted. They look much better quality than the price might suggest and will protect my table. However they arrived in a box having been folded all together in half and so have a horrid crease I have not yet been able to eradicate despite gentle iron and flat pressure. A bit more thought and care would have avoided this. The product itself is good.

Love these the price was reasonable for 6 place mats a good size for those dinner plates i find them easy to wipe down yes they are quite thin but still do a great job .. i purchased dark grey and they are perfect for my table they look much more expensive than they are i would recommend and i would buy again ...

Very slippy on table unless weight on them , cup of tea or coffee not recommended to sit on!

Lovely mats and a great price. Quality appears as good as the more expensive ones. They need bending in the opposite direction for a short time after delivery so they will lie flat. The silver golden colour is like the picture shown for that selection. A nice neutral colour which is easy to combine with various table accessories. Glad I bought them.

Hopefully this is a helpful review for anyone interested in this type of placemat. I ordered the color Caramel and it's just what I was looking for; I like the washable factor (grandchildren) and the color was exactly what I wanted, not too brown, not too gray or black, rather a more neutral mix of these colors. They are a gray/brown overall color. You see some lighter brown, but it is not the predominant color. There is also a white/cream thread running through the woven design that looks good with white or cream, maybe a bit better for cream, but I tried both and both work. They are thin, but seem plenty sturdy enough, remains to be seen how well they hold up, but for the price, not a concern. I'm interested in Chilewhich ($$$$) but wanted to give something less expensive a try first. These are worth it, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the color looks and the quality seems good too.
