Fantastic dulse
Tastes good, easy to sprinkle on rice or miso soup, haven’t tried it in any more western style culinary applications but wherever seaweed is called for I’m sure this would work great. I compare it closest to wakame if you’re familiar with that one, but the pieces are much smaller with dulse so it’s more of a sprinkle-on type of application for me.

Bought for health benefits
I bought this product to use in a heavy metal detox smoothie recipe. It is supposed to have a lot of good minerals as well. I will say that it tastes like seaweed so I really didn’t expect it to have a great taste. I do think it would be nice in soups as well. I like the small flakes because they grind up well I’m the smoothie.

Prefer this to the medical medium rec
I got this for medical medium smoothies and like it more than the brand that medical medium recommends. This one is organic, unlike the other one and it's actually cheaper too.
