Gives energy at first. Drink plenty of water or prepare to have major heart burn. Didn't lose weight and had upset stomach when I took it like I was suppose to. If I ate and took these pills I vomit each time Felt horrible for days. They might be good for others but not me. I have a strong stomach but something in these made me feel ill...

I will love to rate you 5 stars but I just can't. The title clearly states a 30 day supply. But I received less than that. The only place where it states the amount is in the product features not in the title nor the description. As someone who knows of these products I wouldn't go looking for the features.

I love Tru!! I used these in the past and it just makes your whole being feel better. I took them after my 1st birth and lost weight well. Now that I have 3 children I feel tired so I thought I should get back on them. No doubt the energy is there just don't recommend taking them and consuming more caffeine like coffee and soda.

Tru elevate did not worK as well as the original trufix trucontrol

I use this for weight loss and so far I have lost 10 pounds

Capsules were great and did work. I've been using them since April and noticed a big difference in my weight loss and energy. Lost about 25 pounds but that includes eating less portions and healthier foods. The biggest of all is exercise though, you definitely need to put in the work, I do about halfour to an hour of cardio a day. would order again
