Not like traditional breadcrumbs...very coarse
Too coarse for what I use them for. I use breadcrumbs to deep fry and bread vegetables. This only works well in my meatloaf recipe.

This works great for most of my cooking, I have breaded egg plant, with this and made excellent egg plant parmesan with it; came out really good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside just the way we like it...!
