Fantastic fun to transform looks great
Fantastic fun to transform looks great. Well made. Sturdy. Not too big but bigger than average.Tranformation is just difficult enough to be satisfying. Both parents and kids have enjoyed it.Best transformer Ive bought.

Great entertainment and quality
My 6 year old love this toy so much. He has thanked me several time and hasn’t gone a minute without it which is u usual for him. He is able to transform it on his own no problem. The size is just right(as parents we don’t need more space eating toys)The quality is quite good, although it can be broken off on the tips of the child applies too much force (maybe not suitable for younger children for this reason and choking hazards)

Solid and well made
Solid, well made and intricate robot which becomes a perfect space ship or legit robot. Is quite hard to transform at first, but once you get the knack it makes sense.Had to refer to the instructions quite a lot at first.4 year old son loves it and plays with it all the time.

Ingenius transformation
I have never been much of a fan of Cyclonus. As his defining characteristic generally seemed to be his unwavering loyalty to Galvatron he was much less interesting as a second-in-command figure than those that seemed to hold that role at varying times under Megatron; the excellent characters of Shockwave, Soundwave and Starscream. His original toy, although it had a terrific jet form, had a terrible robot mode. The cartoon/comic adaptions of this mode resulted in the comical ‘bunny ears’ look that somewhat demeaned how deadly he was.The ‘War for Cybertron’ version is definitely an improvement. The appearance of the jet mode is superb, and feels solid and substantial. Its only drawback is that the side panels directly beneath the cockpit don’t quite fit into place, marring the symmetry of the nose cone with slight gaps. The robot mode is also a strong rendition but inevitably still has to have the ‘bunny ear’ look to some degree.Unfortunately, though, I don’t like the colourisation. Primarily he is a fairly light lilac whereas, and I might be recalling it wrongly, I thought he was a darker, more purple shade. The lilac is quite pastel. It seems to take some of the malice out of the figure’s appearance, which in shape is somewhat demonic. However, this figure is quite impressive due to some genius engineering that has gone into the transformation. It is quite complicated but without being irritating or excessively fiddly; except for the last section of the nosecone for which you might require a thin tool to actually prise it out as there is little finger room. It is quite an enjoyable process to perform; although it is certainly not one for younger fans. The transformation process also leaves virtually no gaps or hollow areas in either mode.Cyclonus comes with a decent looking gun that somewhat mirrors the look of his robot form. It can be mounted on the roof of the jet but looks much better without it. Oddly the packaging shows it mounted more towards the back of the jet, but there is no hole/port/tab for it there and, unless I’m missing something, I can’t see how it can possibly be attached there.Such a well-designed transformation process is surely too good to only be used once without some type of repaint. Hopefully a Shattered Glass version will be developed. The figure would look great in red.

Cyclonus - almost as good as G1!
Wow! What a pleasant surprise! I’m an adult collector (mainly of the G1 figures), but every so often I like to pick up a recent figure. Cyclonus is just awesome! His transformation is complex but I that I’ve and he feels so well built and sturdy - just like an original G1 toy.He looks fantastic in both modes and a brilliant update for the character. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice toy for my 5 year son
After learning my son is intereted in my own toy (30 year old), I decided to buy this transform toy to ensure my son would not damage my own one. This transformer is well-designed and good in quality. It is pitiful that I cannot tell whether some design has been modified from the original design. I like it a lot even it is my son's toy.

Great figure
Worthy update to a classic G1 character.Scales well with the studio series 86 line as well as the earthrise/kingdom figures.Clean transformation, good looking in both modes, more than happy.

Brilliant figure!
Definitely my fave from the Kingdom range. The transformation is very clever and means for both a great vehicle and robot mode. 5 stars!

Perfect!
I never owned the original G1 Cyclonus figure, but always thought he was one of the cooler designs in that line, although his toy didn't quite match up to the cartoon version. This one does, though, and it's a perfect translation of the cartoon character with an involved-but-not-too-complex transformation. Some of the joints on mine are a bit tight which made some of the transformation difficult, while some were just a little loose for my taste, but overall I'm ecstatic at the quality of this, which is, in my opinion, on par with the Masterpiece line, just a little smaller. Extremely well designed and well made. This is a figure I waited almost 35 years for. Over the years, I'd looked at a few excellent (and expensive) 3rd party versions, but this one lacks nothing, and is much more affordable. I can't say enough about how good a job they did with this.
