Tastes good and makes me feel better! It’s kind of expensive but seems to work well!

Been using Nordic Naturals vegan D3 for years. Great product for those who prefer vegan D3 or who (like me) find they have a serious allergy to the base ingredient used to produce all D3 products sold in drug stores. Blood test preformed on me by my doctors have proven that, for me, this product is equally effective in raising blood D3 levels as other D3 products. Highly recommended.

Ease of swallow: The capsules are small and smooth, making them easy to swallow without leaving any aftertaste. No issues even when taken without a lot of water. Ingredients: The ingredient list is clean and straightforward, with no unnecessary fillers or artificial additives. It contains all the key components I was looking for in a supplement. Effectiveness: After about two weeks of consistent use, I noticed a definite improvement in my energy levels and focus. It delivers as promised, though results may vary depending on individual needs.

I have bought this for my vegan friend whose bones were hurting from vitamin D deficiency. She had been taking D2 which had no effect. After starting to take Vegan D3 by Nordic Naturals her pain went away. If she stops taking it for a few days, her pain comes back. Why only four stars? Because she has taken a number of bottles so far, and it doesn't last as long as it says it should on the bottle. However, there aren't many vegan d3 options on the market right now, and with this one you can regulate the dosage.

As a Minnesotan, I have very low vitamin D levels. This is changing that. Benefits for me include: improved mood - seriously, vitamin D helps alleviate depression, strengthens finger nails, and thickens hair- or at least makes it stronger and grow faster. I put my daily dosage in my morning protein shake. There really is no flavor, so it is also quite easy to just drop the liquid straight into your tongue.

Easy to measure, it's plant based. Slight coconut oil taste. I alreadyuse other Nordic Naturals.

My vitamin D blood level was 38 ng/ml. Even though this is in the normal range I wanted to raise it. I took a multivitamin pill with D3 and tested my blood after 3 months and there was no change. I decided to try this liquid vitamin D3 that could, hopefully, be absorbed better in the mouth. After 3 months of taking this liquid vitamin D3 as directed, I am happy to report that my latest blood test for vitamin D3 has increased to 47 ng/ml. This is not a huge increase but it is proof that the liquid vitamin, for me, is better absorbed.

The only reason I gave it 2 star is because I found out I react to the Vit E that is in it.
