They glow but was disappointed in use out doors , the sun doesn’t power it enough .Under light to charge up is better.I got them for out side

They don't glow very bright but, look good. They add much color where needed.

I actually expected more glow with the aquarium blue spectrum LED lights. The only way they glow good is under a real ultraviolet light. I have many artificial plants that show up much better. Not happy. RETURNING.

I actually wasn't sure what to expect from these when I bought them (impulse buy) though I'm pretty impressed. they're not that bright but a nice overall glow. even weeks of overcast seem to be enough light to charge them. I wouldn't DEPEND on these for your overall look, but used as an added accent absolutely

Ok, first of these are not pebbles but plastic pebble shaped pieces. During the day they add a nice accent to our garden area covered by real pebbles. But at night they do not glow. We at first thought due to it being overcast maybe they had not absorbed enough full light. But after a further two full no cloud sunny days they still did not glow at night. If you want glow forget, if you want an accent in your garden buy coloured glass pebbles.

Originally I had good experience with these but after a couple of weeks they no longer glow , they have started to weather really bad and they are too expensive to keep and not return, the stones have now lost there glow and started to go white ontop ,not fit for outside or anything that gets hot or cold , so there a bit unless!! Avoid and buy something else
