KERALA Ayurveda Iogen - 200 ml Review: Don't buy - Way too sweet and thick, you have to cringe to swallow Review: My sister had been getting severe migration and had a very low energy after having two kids. We did a lot of health checkups and only thing that came out was low HB. Every time she tried iron supplement tablets, she would get constipated and even after trying for 15 days bearing issues, she didn't see any relief. This tonic helped her genuinely after 2-3 weeks. She had been taking it regularly and for the first she had period but with no added migraine. Please note this is not a sponsored review, it is my genuine experience seeing the benefit. Good and natural iron supplement, works well for someone who is facing issues with iron deficiency
