Works great
This is great for cross stitch. I've never been a big fan of hoops. FYI - the youtube videos I watched about clip frames suggest putting a piece of felt in between your project and the clamps to protect your fabric. This was not in the instructions on the package.

This is an excellent alternative to the hoop especially if you are using light weight fabric like silks. It's very easy to assemble and also easy to take apart when the piece is finished.

I was looking for an alternative to traditional embroidery hoops and this is perfect! It is very easy to assemble and adjust. It provides a large work space while not distorting the fabric.

Perfection!
FINALLY a large frame that has consistent tight tension! I tried a wooden frame to no avail. This works one million times better than that! I wish I would have known about these sooner. You won’t regret buying this frame!

Worked great, not to hard to use

Nope nope
When using a frame like this, the clasp must be able to slide off. The ends on this frame are so large that the clasps are unable to go over the ends, and I almost ripped my fabric trying to get this disappointment off. I won’t be using this at all
