Back Probes Okay, Pierce Probes Junk
The back probes are mediocre. I don't do this often, so I don't need high end tools. These are marginally better than a T-pin and as such these work for me. The pierce probes aren't worth the time to plug in. They will either go all the way through small gauge wire, or bend on thicker insulation. I can't get them to pierce predictably. T-pins are better than these.

Plenty of spares
Definitely satisfied with the number you get for the price, good quality but the only downside i find is that they don't attach to my multimeter probes for easy handling
