I have been a huge fan of It Cosmetics for the No Tug Gel Eyeliner and eyebrow pencil for several years and have referred the product to others. They recently switched to the Super Hero line. It is a Super Disappointment! It is no longer shelf-sharpening. The first time I applied it, it broke off. I bought a sharpener and sharpened it (which is a pain). The no-tug is a lie. It tugged my skin and just clumped up my eyelashes. My pic isn’t the best, but you can get the idea. This product is pricey and not usable!I email It cosmetics and inquired about the previous product and if it was available. They did respond quickly and indicated it was discontinued. I have made a switch to another product line and it is similar to the product I used to love.

Love this product it quality for the price and it stays in place all way it smudge resistance and great color quality.

Do not waste ur money yea on this product! It’s dry and does not even glide on ur eyes! I give this 0 stars! A waste of our hard worked money

Favorite eye liner of all time ! Smooth stays on ! Does not make eyes water . Have to sharpen pencil often ! I feel like I waste product . Pricey ! But awesome eye liner pretty black sheen . I like the roll up one better !

I have been looking for a pencil liner that does not smudge or transfer throughout the day. I’ve bought several pencil liners because I’ve read reviews saying that they were transfer/water proof. After purchasing those liners, I was disappointed to see that there would still be melted eyeliner all over my bottom eyelids. I came across a YouTube video comparing pencil liners, and this liner performed the best out of all the tests the YouTuber did. That convinced me to buy one of these on Amazon, and I’m proud to say that this liner is the best I have ever tried. After having it on for 12 hours, it is still perfectly intact, and my bottom eyelids are eyeliner free. You should get an oil cleanser to remove it because of how well these stay on. I 100% recommend them!

I love my iT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye so thought I’d try their gel eyeliner. I do love how easy it glides on and how long it lasts (5 stars for that). My issue is with how hard it is to sharpen. U waste so much of the product trying to get a sharp point and it’s way to expensive for that (that’s why I’ve given it only 3 stars). I tried 3 different sharpeners and none worked. I have since found gel liner by Elf. It’s twist sharpen, goes on smooth and lasts all day…and it’s an 8th of the price of the iT cosmetics gel liner.

I used to love this product. I was a loyal customer for the last 2 years and purchased the product via AMAZON for the last year.The quality of this product has changed for the worst. I thought it was me or just a manufacturers mistake. So, I purchased 4 pencils within the last 2 months and all 4 pencils were bad. The all had the same issues; a very small tip and when that disappeared it was finished. There was no product in the body of the pencil. You could turn the tip forever but no product would appear, it was finished! I never looked for a sharpener cause I never had enough product to sharpen! I'm done. I've moved on to a better company and I suggest you do the same! TRM
