CamelBak Eddy Water Bottle, Hibiscus, 0.6 L

I purchased this and wasn’t quite sure what to expect with the straw. I didn’t realize you actually have to bite the straw and suck at the same time. So that was a little odd to me but I got used to it fast. Then I was reading some reviews after I received it and saw several about mold in the bite piece. I took mine apart very easily and was able to push a Q-tip soaked with vinegar through it and clean it very well. Obviously you could use soap too, I just find vinegar gets rid of “gunk” very well as some reviewers called it. As long as you take it apart and clean it regularly and let it dry you shouldn’t have any problems with mold.

CamelBak never let me down. I usually get the smaller kids bottles but decided to upgrade my daughters bottle to a grown-up bottle. She loved it and it is still amazing quality if not better. Straw is way thicker and so water comes out faster when drinking.

Great product. Would have given 5 stars if the price was better and lower.

Ordered 2 of these bottles for my kids and have to say I am pleased with the purchase. They love them, and I love that they don't leak.

After having this water bottle for only 4 months and following manufacturers instructions in respect to washing, was NOT happy to find mold on the inside drinking mechanism ( which by the way is not removeable). My young daughter takes this water bottle to school & the thought of her drinking from this turns my stomach!! Return window was 30 days so I am now out a water bottle!!

The sipper is a bit harder than the 750ml but a great bottle. Slightly expensive though
