Analog Men's Watch Stainless Steel

Let me just start by saying that this is a very beautiful watch and unlike anything else in it's price range.This is my first automatic watch and I'm very happy.The 4R36 movement is regarded highly by watch reviewers and I purchased this watch after watching many reviews on YouTube and doing a lot of research. The best thing about this movement is that we can hand wind the watch and it also supports hacking which is difficult to be found in a watch of this price.The blue dial looks gorgeous and only from some angles looks black sometimes.It's a bit more dark than expected.I have to get the links adjusted from a local watch shop as it is a bit loose.I got it for 14k during the Amazon Great Indian Festival.I am writing this review after just 1 hour of receiving the watch.It is advised that you set the date, day and time only after reading the manual guide or else you can break the watch from inside.The lume is not that strong to be honest.I had to recharge it through my phone's flashlight but after sometime it was gone again and I couldn't see the watch indices in the dark.Also I am not happy with Amazon as I received the product 8 days after ordering. The delivery was super slow for some reason.I live in Jabalpur and normally it takes around 2-3 days or 5 days at maximum. I'm extremely disappointed in Amazon.And also the warranty card of the watch was not stamped and dated. The seller said that we can claim warranty by showing the invoice received from Amazon and matching the serial number which is unique for every individual watch but still I'm not happy with this thing.I have read somewhere on the internet that Seiko doesn't give warranty if the warranty card is not stamped. So this is not a good thing for the seller (Vee Ess Sales Pvt. Ltd.).But because of the warranty card issue and slow delivery by Amazon , I don't want to reduce the stars on this review because the watch definitely deserves 5 stars.Overall I'm happy and I think whoever is looking to buy an automatic watch between 10k-20k range should go for it without thinking much.

My wife ordered this for me as a birthday gift. It's the perfect starter watch for an elder millenial like me, who has never owned an automatic watch before. The blue dial is gorgeous and the size is perfect - not too big or small. The strap is not exactly the best quality, but you can change it if you don't like it. The one surprise for me was that the watch felt heavier than I expected, for its size. Fit is very comfortable and the smooth sweep of the second hand is pleasing to watch. There is a fair bit of lume on the markers and the hands, but it loses its charge quite rapidly. Just 5 minutes are enough to get rid of the luminous effect.The watch tends to lose time (about a minute over 5-6 days), so it isn't the best in terms of accuracy, but it's pretty par for the course at this price level for automatics. I just set mine to about a minute ahead when I reset it. The only other note is that the off-center winder tends to squeak a little when I hold the watch to my ear and move it around (holding the belt).All in all, it's a pretty good watch. I would certainly recommend it for anyone getting their first automatic watch.

I'm a bit lazy to write review but this watch made me do it.One thing is its a good value for money entry level automatic daily wear watch. Kindly don't compare it with 40~50k range or more expensive automatic watches which has more accuracy, stronger build and finishing.Looks beautiful due to the sunburst dial; size & weight are perfect for a 6~6.5inch diameter wrist. If you have a bigger wrist like 7~7.5in, then the watch might look small.Indian price for Seiko watches is a bit more compared to the Japan prices. So, just a pro-tip: Shortlist all the Seiko watches which you like in India, try it out on your own wrist in showrooms and get it from Japan yourself if traveling or via a friend in case that may be a scenario. You might save around 25~35%. So, this same watch will cost you around 25k-30k yen which is roughly around 15~17k inr.(Weight 123gm after I removed 5links)

Great looks, light on wrist, accurate time and unbelievably great finishing.

The particular piece I received had some major issues-1. On trying to change the date, it was not moving properly.2. The bezel had scratches on closer inspection.Due to the issues, I took it to an authorised Seiko dealer in my city.After inspecting the watch, he confirmed my suspicions.Although he checked that the manufacturing date of that piece wasn’t long back (April 2024), the watch wasn’t in the best condition.He asked me to immediately return the item- which I did without any hassle.

Its authentic, serial number at the back is verified, suitable for only slim wrists, 38-40mm dial size. Bigger wrist can go for SRPD range 42-44 mm .Dial rims are shiny, bracelet is gunmetal silver, transparent machinery at the back, using it for 6 months now everyday, its durable. Worth the purchase.

I have had 2 Seiko watches previously which I really liked and this model did not disappoint. It looks great and the dark blue face appears to change colour slightly in different lighting conditions. What I really like is the movement, especially the fact that the second hand “sweeps” in a continuous movement, rather than jerking second by second. This is a feature normally found in more expensive watches like Rolex or Omega. A bonus as far as I am concerned. The stainless steel strap is comfortable and fits perfectly with a secure clasp. It does permit slight adjustment on the clasp itself, rather than removing links.All in all a great purchase at the price available on Amazon.I have only owned this watch for a short time, so cannot really comment on the accuracy of the time-keeping, but if previous Seiko watches are to go by this will be very accurate. Same goes for scratch resistance and water resistance.

Looks and feels like a premium watch. Shows the right amount of information and has a low-Joey uncluttered design. The polished details also provide just a bit of flash. So far it’s stood up to a year of daily wear including running, and swimming, woodworking, and chores. It’s picked up one or two scratches on the crystal, which is way below average for me because I do a lot of active hobbies.

Questo é il mio secondo Seiko, il primo un Skx pepsi. La cassa è la slim classica, ma di dimensione ridotte, il diametro é di 40mm, e lo spessore é ridotto al limite per incassare il calibro 4R36. Quest'ultimo, é dotato di fermo macchina e di carica manuale. Pur essendo lo scarto massimo dichiarato da Seiko +45/-35 s/die, dopo quasi un mese, lo scarto medio é di circa +7 s/die. Un risultato davvero notevole. L'impermeabilità é di 100m, per il tipo di orologio,assolutamente adeguata. La corona é a pressione, e consente quindi la ricarica senza essere estratta. Consiglio di verificare che sia in sede prima di bagnare l'orologio.Il cinturino per la fascia di prezzo non é male, ma la clasp é di lamierini. La parte migliore tuttavia, é il quadrante, davvero ipnotico specialmente in blu. Gli indici sono ricoperti in superluminova, una pasta fluorescente di Seiko che al mattjno, ancora permette una buona visibilità dell'ora. Il vetro, nonostante non sia uno zaffiro, presenta una buona trasparenza e discrete capacità antiriflesso.In conclusione, lo trovo ottimo come everyday watch, o come primo passo nell'orologeria classica.
