Best Bang For Your Buck - Don't Hesitate To Buy This.
I originally purchased 2 of these. 1 for my wife and one for myself. I also purchased several accessories (stylus', protective case and protective glass) - all of which i recommend you buy for any tablet. For $99 you absolutely can not beat this price. Chuwi builds a solid product that will work for most consumers or professionals. No need to worry about deciding between an android or Windows device -- get them both in this HD Tablet. Watch videos, play games, create mindmaps/flowcharts, video chat, skype, instant message, facebook, email, reports, documents -whatever it is you do...this lil guy will work it out for you.Despite what some others say, this has a decent speaker and camera (Naturally, if you are trying to present to an audience or create a major motion picture, this is not for you.) It is lightweight, durable, has a bright, vibrant color screen and runs great.I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS surfing the web, running apps (productivity or games) or other issues people would expect to have with low end tablets that contain slow processors. This baby may be low priced, but it aint cheap! It has a QUAD CORE under the hood and moves in split seconds.I have a lot of productivity apps and am on it constantly so my battery only lasts about half a day (8-12hrs), my wife's lasts a lot longer because she doesn't have so many things draining power like I do. I don't mind because it charges very quickly.====I DID HAVE A PROBLEM: When I ordered these 2, for some strange reason one of them came with the battery completely drained (as opposed to the normal ¼-½ charge) and would not stay powered on. It would intermittently power down and reset. So I have returned it to amazon (which is always no-hassle). Getting a replacement was not an option, so I purchased a 3rd one (to replace the defective one I am returning) and it works splendidly. Not only will I be suggesting this to anyone looking for a tablet, but I will be telling businesses that now they can affordably step up their productivity with these.I have spoken with the Chuwi Rep (Andy) and he is very knowledgeable and gives good service. I highly recommend this tablet for anyone- whether it will be used by a student, professional, or homebody.

Budget tablet for fun.
The price tag on this one should be the biggest hint, don't expect the moon and you'll be mostly happy.Pros:Price tag.Android is way smooth on this tablet.Windows also runs smoothly, mostly, it did hiccup over a few updates, but that's windows for ya.Cons:Battery life, lots of stuff packed into a small package, bigger drain on the juice. I'll be back with measurements after I've used it for more than a day.Takes forever to fully charge, I'm probably spoiled by the likes of my smart phone. I'll compare charging while turned completely off with, standby mode, and active use. Initial observation update, having the tablet turned completely off does seem to charge tablet faster.Charging with that little data port, I'd love to see a magnetic charge port like Microsoft uses on the surface pro, or apple on basically all their laptops. But this one charges using the lonely USB micro port. Which I always feel like I'm going to break plugging things in.Android OS is KitKat 4.4Observations-warnings: tablet gets hot while in use. Charging takes forever, which I'm ambivalent about mostly.Observations-neutral:The Android OS does not come with any app store installed so first thing needed is to transfer the Google play store all from another device. Using an existing device to get the store apk is safer than downloading a potentially hijacked apk from the web. (You could also use Amazon's store cause they have an apk store as well)All that memory. (Android sees 1.5 GB memory, I think that's a limitation of the OS kernel)Minimum brightness setting for Android doesn't get quite dark enough probably a limitation of the lamp. But, windows seems to be able to go just a touch dimmer. The internal storage is split unevenly between the two operating systems. Roughly 6gb going to the Android side and 26ish going to windows. Neither operating system can see the others files. So don't expect to share files between the two without an SD card.Updates: Charging the tablet while off takes about 2-3 hours to go from around 15% to full, wasn't paying close attention to determine the exact time frame. Charging while screen is off in windows is much slower taking a considerably longer time. Charging in android is a medium between the two ranges. The tablet also complains about insufficient charger current if charging while in use on android. The charger port on these things is always the first point of failure. I despise USB micro.Spend the extra money and for one of the newer offerings, battery life on this one makes it too weak to do much with.

Great device for the price
Overall, impressed with the device. Purchased it roughly a week ago and haven't had any issues yet.Haven't really used the Android OS, so can't comment. The idea of a dual boot environment is excellent. I bought it for a Windows 10 device while traveling, and will put that concept to test soon. The screen is crystal clear and definitely bright enough. Speed of Win10 OS has been fantastic, although I have to say I've only given it a moderate load up to this point. Tablet feels sturdy and fits well in the case. Definitely get a MicroSD card to expand the storage. The one issue I've experienced is that it's not easy at all to remove from the case, So if you want to be able to hold it free of the case, don't buy the keyboard case, get a different one. SInce I plan to use it with a keyboard, this doesn't really bother me. The keyboard is kinda small for extended use with adult-size hands, but if you're getting it for a child to use it, the keyboard is perfect. But I've been able to bang out a few emails pretty easily with minimal typing errors. I'm interested to find out whether it's compatible with a docking solution like the Plugable Pro8, as this thing could almost become your primary computer if it will reliably dock with a full-size monitor and keyboard. Anyway, after a week's use, I'd recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a small, portable yet powerful mobile device to at least handle mail, video, music and/or short-term web browsing. Very cool device.
