They're light weight and the best type of jump rope for anyone getting into skipping. The only draw backs are the padding on the handles aren't stuck to the handle so they do shift with use and rope may begin unscrewing a bit as you jump. Not a perfect rope but a good starter.

This was a gift to a teenager getting in shape to join a basketball team.

I've used them quite a few times now and they haven't broken, their very easy to adjust and come with instructions on how to do so. Very happy with these, I got a double pack so now me and my significant other use them when we exercise together.

This is a great product,I don't have to do that much walking which I don't like walking a lot unless I'm at work. LOL, but jump roping I can do it in my house, outside my house on the porch, it is so much better I do at least 50 to 100 jumps a day and I'm already down three pounds it is a great product thank you.

Just get them in the store they are over priced on here and not so great
