AmoenaWomen's Standard Florida Full Bodice Pocketed Mastectomy Swimsuit

Ok, so I am one not to post photos of myself, but, I am more than happy to write a review. I am a Breast Cancer survivor for 17 years . In that 17 years it has been so hard to find a swim suite to fit my chest. I chose not to have reconstructive surgery after the masectomy because for me, scars our the Masterpiece to my life. I live in Florida and the beach is my church. I have been so sad,disappointed and have shed tears thru the years going to the beach in a tank top and my bra showing all the time, odd tan lines and looks that people give. The desinger who make bathing suites with pockets for woman who have had Masectomy should be ashamedand are a disgrace. There swim suites are horrible, gross and are 100% disgusting. Those designers forget that we are survivors from Cancer and are intitle to look sexy too, and we gave up our breasts up to live. We still want to be fashionable and not look like a curtain. This designer got it right. This suite fits me Fantastically. I finally feel normal again and I have my happy back. You CAN NOT TELL that I am wearing a prosthetic. Thank you so much. I am 55 years old, a survivor and I am sexy again, thank you ! Cocoa Beach, im back !!!!!! Must have , No disappoinment, 5 stars all the way!

I just received my bathing suit. It exceeds my expectations. I’m about to check if they make other prints to buy another. I had a mastectomy several months ago and I was worried I wouldn’t find a swimsuit I would actually be comfortable in. A must buy!!!

New to figuring out sizes for Amoena , initially bought 38B which ended up being size 12 too small, normally 38 B BRA however fitting for Amoena wave swim breast size 8 recommended , I typically wear a large in clothes.40 C ended up being perfect which is basically a size 14, was worried about C cup but B Cup too small for wave form, pulled top downward, C cup worked better and good balance, have also bought 42 C which is equal to size 16 little bit roomier ,not as much tummy tuck, hope sizing helps othersNice neckline, no seeing chest wall when bending over , will feel comfortable wearing in public.Hoping they will make this swimsuit in other colors, well made suit. Go for it.
