I have taken these for several years.
I have taken these supplements for several years now and believe they have helped my bones get stronger. These happened to be on sale and were a good deal.

This supplement includes all natural ingredients designed to help support bone health. It combines vitamins, minerals, and herbs to aid in that purpose. Unlike most other bone building supplements this one includes an Ayurvedic herb that has a long history of use to support bone regeneration. What I appreciate about this supplement is that it doesn't add unnecessary fillers, sweeteners, or preservatives. Other than the active ingredients the vegetable cellulose capsule just has rice bran added. It includes ingredients in safe, suitable doses and combinations. If you are looking for a natural supplement to assist with bone health this one is a nice one to consider.
