Recommend to all with compromised Respiratory system.
My son suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy type 2. We have used the Cough Assist (older model) for at least 10 years. It has helped his lung expansion and helped clear mucus plugs from his Bronchial tubes. This, plus the Vest system, has really saved my son's life a couple of times.
