Better You 150 ml Magnesium Body Lotion

Good product. There are a lot of magnesium oils on the market, but not lotions. Came sooner than expected. They answered some questions I had very quickly!!

This works nice, doesn't sting or upset my stomach like other forms of magnesium.

Love this lotion and use it every day to take care of my dry skin.

It’s really has a lot of ingredients and it’s not really worth the money. You can just put magnesium chloride flakes in distilled water and spray it on yourself for much less and healthier. It also didn’t alleviate muscle pain for me.

I love this product.I have Restless Leg Syndrome(RLS). A few years ago on my desperate hunt for information on relief of my symptoms,I read how magnesium could help with this. I tried another brand first but I didn't like the irritation I felt to the skin from it and it also didn't seem to help. I then BetterYou's Magnesium Oil. Yes it did irritate my legs after application (Small piece of advice...Do not apply directly after shaving) but I kept on with it and after a few days I saw an improvement in my RLS symptoms. Wow! Something that worked. Yes it did irritate..a itchy,stingy type of irritation.But bearable and passed after 10 minutes.It was worth it for the results.I used their oil every night for a couple of years or so until I discovered their lotion,so I thought why not give it a try. This lotion is easier to apply ,seems to absorb better than the oil and doesn't mark my dark coloured sheets (The oil does come out in the wash though so don't worry about staining). The best thing about this product is the reduced irritation for me. It has all the benefits of the BetterYou Magnesium Oil that I was previously using but less irritation. A lot less! It barely irritates at all .Bear in mind It will sting if you get it on broken skin though. So I've switched over to this. I feel like a bottle of this also seems to last longer than a bottle of the oil. If you have RLS and you are on the search for something to help,give this a go. It drastically improves my symptoms. It takes a week or so for it to start working so please give it a chance. For me I have found that I have to use it every night. It has become part of my night time routine. If I occasionally miss a night it's OK, but if I miss 2 nights or more or if I regularily miss nights, my RLS symptoms come back . I will never let myself run out. I have it on Amazon Subscribe and Save. It even comes on holiday with me and I have a bottle at my partners place. If you have RLS please give this a try.
