I no longer have to get up and warm my coffee this unit keeps my coffee warm and if I cover my cup and leave it on this unit it will get hot. I like this product and use it a lot no problems so far.

First off, the circle is not a button. It's an led that will let you know when the product is turned on. For $10, this thing works how I thought it did and keeps my drinks nice and hot.

Please don’t spend your money on this. Didn’t work after 1 day. Very cheaply made. Waste of my money.

Another hot plate I’ve gotten didn’t work at all, and I’m afraid this one works too well. It wasn’t singed when I got it, I started using it at 8:45 today. It’s 10 now and there’s singes. Also, the cord is super short. But it was hot enough to sizzle water and burn my finger, and my coffee is essentially lava when I put it on semi cold. Indicator light works, just afraid that if I forget to take me coffee off of it it may catch fire/explode. We’ll see!

This product is quite simple and doesn't have any kind of adjustment. It needs to be on a hard, flat surface to work. It uses a spring and a button on the bottom to sense when a cup is placed on it, so you can push down on it and it will heat up on your fingers, it can get hot enough to be uncomfortable, but I didn't wait for it to burn me, and my coffee was never hot enough to be too hot to drink either.I have found it works best with cups that are smaller, about 10 oz. Larger cups, like the one shown, didn't heat up as much (though while I write this, it is quite cold so ymmv).It doesn't seem to have a timeout under a few hours, I left a cup on it and it did substantially reduce the liquid which left quite a film, so maybe try not to leave it sitting that long.When it is plugged in, the element will turn on if something is on it. There is no in line switch which I may change soon.Also, this is a chineese product and the instruction manual and all other English text are written in very broken English. But its a cup warmer, pretty simple device.

The plate heats. Coffee stays a good temp. The cord is to short. The device is light so it pulls off my table and desk when I lift the cup up due to the coeds length.

I really like the automatic features of on/off just by placing my cup on (turns the hot plate on) or taking it off turns the hot plate off) of the unit. Also appreciate that I can put any size cup on the unit due to the flat surface and no edges of the heating area. Works great!

We were hesitant about this product but pleasantly surprised. Since becoming parents last August, we were rarely drinking a hot cup of coffee. We would make it but then something with the baby would happen and our coffee got cold. This warmer truly keeps the coffee warm. And prevents us from microwaving the mug to warm it up. It’s easy to use, slim and stylish. It turns on with the weight of the mug on it so no need to worry about leaving it on. A total life changer!
