Regulate Cycle Support, Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro 40:1, 120 Capsules

This is my 4th bottle and 3rd bottle is when my Cycle 1 began. I of course had to other things to stop my prolonged bleeding for a year, herbal uterine detox, and begin a topical progesterone, but once I paused those things, this has been the staple. I am learning a lot and know that this will be a staple part if my daily routine whether TTC or not or Pregnant. I learned that consistency is truly the key. I had a friend who started and immediately got her period and when she stopped after 4 months, her body was no longer being supported, but that is where education comes in. PCOS is a metabolic disorder and is beyond period problems. Hence the recent name change. Regulate aka Myo-Ino-sitol is a key to helping insulin/ blood sugar levels. So this is a must no matter what, especially our insulin resistance ladies like myself. Some of us it will take time before we see the outward progress but remember your body is working hard behind the scenes. But overall, great value for the money. I like that this one is just plain and no extra vitamins or herbs. It mixes well with the other supplements I take without over taking. No side effects. Easy to use. I like that the pills are small. No taste or flavor when you belch. I take 4 a day and I would say I am starting to see cervical mucus changes and I can feel when I am ovulating. I think we should remember that this is a piece of the puzzle and not the miracle pill that fixes all of our hormonal challenges. A bottle duration for me last 30 days as stated. Overall, I like it and learned that even when I get pregnant, I will continue to use it to support my insulin. So lifestyle changes, movement, sleep, and supplements have been a pick part for me. I have also loss weight during this time. I see the results of being discipline in the different areas of my health journey. Don’t give up, no matter how long it takes.

Okay so before I begin I just want to say I don’t review products AT ALL but I just had to for this one b/c there could be a young lady out there going through similar situation as me &this review could give her hope. I want to give a quick back story about my condition (PCOS). My cycle has been irregular since I was 17 (I’m 29 now). It went from once every other month, to only have 4 periods out the whole year, to not having a period at all for about 3 years. Now at the time I didn’t really care because I didn’t want children at the time and I wasn’t in any serious relationship. About 2 years ago my cycle came back (thanks to birth control doctor put me on) but it came back very very very ugly. For the past 2 years I have been bleeding non stop. I’d probably only have a week of not bleeding and as soon as me &my boyfriend have intercourse I’m bleeding the same day or the next day and it last a very long time. My doctors have put me on birth control/ metformin. Birth control didn’t help and the metformin only worked for a month before I started back with the heavy long bleeding…. I’m at the point now in my life where I’m in a healthy committed relationship and we have been talking about having a child. My best friend told me about these pills her sister took that helped her conceive. I look the pills up on Amazon and while I did see the pills she was talking about, the regulate pills caught my attention. I started reading reviews and researching the company. I was so skeptical about these pills because again NOTHING HAS WORKED FOR ME !! But reading so many reviews about women that suffer PCOS like me and was told they probably could never have a child and then BOOM a month or so after taking these pills their pregnant made me add them to my cart. I also read reviews on their vitex brand and decided to add those to my cart as well. I received both on July 25th and immediately started taking regulate and the vitex. When I started taking them I was having active bleeding two days later I wasn’t bleeding at all. I then had a cycle on the 1st of Aug a week later and it was a normal medium flow 5 day cycle… YALL, YALL !!! I have NEVER had a medium flow 5 day cycle even when my cycle was normal it was always 7 days. After my cycle went off I had intercourses and absolutely no bleeding afterwards (which normal happens the next day). This is only week 3 but I am so impressed with these pills and so happy they have help my body balance. These things have even helped with my mood. I was always feeling unbalanced but now I feel great. According to my glow calendar I ovulate in 2 days. So I’m crossing my fingers I’ll be updating my review next month saying I’m expecting. I’ll still update even if I’m not letting y’all know how these pills are still going. All my TTC ladies wish me luck… good luck to all you other ladies out there too. If you was looking for a sign to buy these pills, this is it !! Update 9/15: No baby 😔 but ladies I had another normal medium flow 5 day cycle. The pills are still working great no heavy long bleeding. I’m sooo happy… the only thing I wish is that they didn’t run out so fast. If taken how they recommend it only last 3 weeks and a few days. Other than that I have no complaints.

I have been taking these pills for a month and the results have been amazing. I had not had my period for 4 months and I was not pregnant. After starting these pills, my period finally came back. They also helped reduce my cramps noticeably. I highly recommend them to any woman who is struggling with irregular or missing periods and is looking for a natural solution.

I see alot of reviews for ladies with pcos so I wanted to add my review because I don't have pcos but I am 32 and have irregular cycles due to poor diet and age/weight. So I usually have regular cycles 28 to 30 days since I was 14. Then may of 2023 (age 32 ) my period just didn't show up for my period expected date on my premom app. Then I spotted barely enough for a light tampon or panty liner - just enough blood to drive u crazy. But I spotted for the entire month of may!! Into the first week of june I'm like "OK this is beyond stress making it late" so I ordered regulate due to the reviews and seeing it mentioned on YouTube. I was scared to take the 4 pills a day so I took 1 in the am and 1 in pm. 2nd day of this with no other vitamins or anything my period started...like a nice medium flow then the next 5 days were a normal period. Then no spotting! I was soooo happy to see no blood after spotting so long omg. So because I got my period and the spotting stopped I stopped taking them altogether hoping my body just needed the kick start. And I was wrong AF. I'm spotting again and my period won't get heavier and my app says my cycle has been 43 days so far 🙃. So I started these again today. I will take them everyday until my other period comes and use opks to track ovulation and then report back. I will note this time around In tandem with these 4 regulate pills a day I'm taking coq10/ folic acid/ omega 3 dha/ d3 in hopes I can conceive in the next coming months. ***UPDATE 9/6 : i felt like my body wasn't able to get the full affect with the other vitamins could be in my head but i started just taking the regulate 2 in the am and 2 pm (sometimes i forgot but never more than 1 day) i just started my period today (its 12am lol) 30 day cycle!!! Confirmed ovulation with opk LH peak was cycle day 17 :) I'm ecstatic right now. This product really does take 2 or 3 cycles before it actually regulates you, which is in the directions as well, for me when I started it my body wasn't wanting to have a period so after 2 doses it helped start one, but to actually get a cycle that lines up with the last period etc it does take a little time. But be patient because it really does work!

Over the past few months, since January of this year, my periods have been irregular due to stress. I’ve been browsing these products for sometime, feeling skeptical of the results. I purchased one bottle and also purchased Balance (which I only take once a day versus the required two). I began taking Regulate on August 8th, I definitely did get that nauseous feeling and headache the first day which I read in a previous review and I only took two that day. I haven’t really felt any changes, no period yet. I haven’t had a period since early last month. I do work out and meditate. Will finish up this first bottle, not sure if it’s working but I will update if any changes occur. Update: Nov. 8, 2023 A little late with the update but here goes, so a few days after the above review I got my period. Cycle was 54 days. I’m not sure if the supplements helped because I had also started drinking raspberry leaf tea which I read helps regulate cycles as well. I did purchase a second bottle of regulate which I only take two once a day versus the required 2x a day but rather than daily I take it a week before my expected date along with drinking raspberry leaf tea. I definitely stopped taking balance because I did see a slight color change in urine to that light orange-ish color another detail that I read in another comment. So far cycles have been regular.

If you’re like me, dealing with PCOS and trying to conceive and just looking for something that could help regulate your cycle outside of a doctors office then this supplement is for you. It takes time though. I first purchased Feb. 2026 and now we are at the end of May 2026 and for the first time ever in my life I am ovulating when I should be. All my life I have gotten a period every 3 months, this is the first time I am within that normal 28 day cycle range. I am synced up to my cycle tracker app and taking ovulation test strips and it’s all aligned which is exciting for me! I took this consistently- 4 tablets every day. I tried not to get my hopes up in the beginning thinking this was a gimmick but after researching this supplement and seeing that it has actually worked for me, I am beside myself. That and it’s also helped with my hormonal acne, along with witch hazel toner and Mandelic acid serum. If you’re unsure I’m telling you to buy it, it honestly works as it says it should, just be patient.

All right everyone. Please before u order always check for 1stars reviews. My cycle its all over the place and I was very confident with the will of God that this going to help me. And to be more specific I did order 4 of those Regulate vitamins. All in the beginning I thought it seams they have worked. But on the second month I've noticed that my bleeding it was more heavy and so painful to the point that I ended up to the ER, and extra appointment with my Obgyn just to make sure whats going on. It turned out that I had uterine tissues. I really cant say 100% its because of this, but listen ur body. In the third cycle my cycle was horrific heavy prolonged bleeding and clotting which it wont stop for 3 weeks and its so heavy from the first day. Now for 2 months I stopped taking this Regulate, but unfortunately after taking the opinion of 2 doctors here in USA, plus ended on birth control that shes changed the dosage increasing fron 5mg to 15mg. I decided to go back to Europe (to my country) to try our best for a solution before I end up on hysterectomy. Which is the last option for right now. Please do your own researching, at least for my body its a big No. I really I am not trying to exaggerating, but I am out of balance emotionally, no energy, hormonal as well. Everything its just too much for several months, especially as a mother with 7years old 6 years old and 3 years old kids who they really need me around them full of energy.
