Poor quality & fake product

The product is NOTHING like what it’s shown in the picture. There was no proper packaging and it was delivered to me in this plastic wrapper. The sticks do not diffuse at all!! I’ve soaked it in aroma oil over night and kept turning the sides as well and it had diffused absolutely no smell since 24 hours whatsoever. Very disappointed and total waste of money! Do not buy this product.

The product is nothing like how it is shown in the description. The quality of the reeds is very bad, and a large number of the reeds are bent. A complete waste of money.
