OK Equipment but terrible instructions.
Updating my review. Most of our issues were due to the one-page instructions that came with the unit. Once you figure out all the bits and pieces and figure out exactly how it works and how to use it, it does its job without much fuss. The claw is a bit unwieldy under the cow but once it latches on it stays put with minimal support. Hand milking the cow took us an hour, with this pump we cut that by half easily and with a little more practice I bet we could get it down to 15 minutes. So, after a season of use I'd say the equipment was worth the money but the instructions that came with it were abysmal. Once you figure out how it goes together (not an easy task if you have never seen one before) it does work and it seems to work well even for a novice milker like us.

The directions were easy to follow
The delivery was prompt. The directions were easy to follow. The milker and pump work very well for a tankless vacuum. I am very happy with this product.
