Die Schleich-Tiere wären demnach die erste Wahl gewesen, für meinen Sohn wären viele jedoch (Aufmerksamkeit, evtl. verschluckbar) zu klein gewesen, mit gefällt auch im Vergleich dazu, dass das Plastik nicht ganz hart ist. Diese Tiere entsprechen in der Optik meinen Ansprüchen (die oft bekrittelte "Naht" sieht man, für ein Spielzeug finde ich sie aber im Rahmen). Mit gefällt auch sehr, dass die Tiere untereinander einen realistischen Größenunterschied aufweisen (nur der Wellensittich ist Originalgröße - verständlich - sollte ja auch ein großes Tier sein und hätte man sich daran orientiert, wie groß wäre sonst der Hund!?) Was mich sehr stört - deshalb 4 Sterne- ist tatsächlich der Geruch. (Ich bin da echt nicht überempfindlich, aber wenn man eine Spielzeugschachel aufmacht und glaubt, man hätte gerade die Tür zu einem Auto-Zubehör-Geschäft aufgemacht, ist das wirklich heftig!) Die Tiere wanderten gleich mal für 3 Tage an die frische Luft. Der Karton war danach auch noch unmöglich, die Tiere halbwegs im Rahmen. Nach gut einer Woche spürt man den Plastikgeruch, wenn man direkt daran riecht, noch immer leicht. Mein Sohn, er nimmt noch alles in den Mund, darf mit den Tieren deshalb vorerst auf gar keinen Fall alleine spielen. Zum Erlernen der Tiere werden wir sie aber gerne einsetzen und die große Schwester hat sie auch schon für ihre Barbies gerne verwendet. Was mich immer wieder hier stört, sind die stark schwankenden Preise. Heute, wo ich diese Rezension schreibe, erkenne ich "zum Dank", dass die Tiere heute 5 Euro billiger sind als vor zwei Wochen.
