It looks ridiculous. I think 10 may be too big also. **Q: What is return policy on this item?** A: Within 30 days of purchase **Q: Work for boys 4 feet tall ?** A: I just wanted to say a thank you to the person who used the actual height of their child for reference instead of age. Every child is different in size and shape. So saying this scooter is for 3-11 year olds or what have you, doesn't help a mom who has a 5 year old almost 5 foot tall 🙄 **Q: Does the handlebars turn in 360 degrees? Are there ways to make it not turn all the way?** A: They do turn 360 degrees...
