Bought the padlock for when I go to the gym for their lockers provided. the padlock feels robust and secure. I have been using this padlock for nearly a year, and it is still working fine. I much prefer this padlock than the traditional padlock which require a physical key to turn the mechanism, just one less thing to carry, all it requires is for you to remember the 4 digit code you set. The instruction is pretty clear on how to change the 4 digit code, and easy to follow. The locker where I attached the padlock is located close to the swimming pool, and so far I have not noticed any rusting or oxidation on the padlock. I can strongly recommend this padlock. Has been good but for gym locker, very sturdy little lock, good size, and the combo lock makes it secure against anyone just opening the locker

Really great all round as a lock, good size for any form of use. The instructions are easy to follow to change the lock combination, and to reset it if needed.Only downside (which is me nitpicking) is when unlocking / locking, it sometimes goes to the “adjusting” position when you can reset the combination. Minor inconvenience though, great otherwise!

Absolutely brilliant lock. It locks with a twist of the numbers, and opens when the numbers are in your chosen sequence.Very very easy to see the combination due to the grid on the lock edge, which allows 4 x 1 number to show down the length of the lock.I purchased an inferior barrel lock locally, which didnt have the number grid, and it was so difficult to line up the combination, due to the numbers followed by lines, and with no viewing panel it was impossible to work out where the numbers should line up! There are 6 adults in my home, and every one of us failed to open the lock easily.After 4 weeks i gave up and purchased these locks through Amazon.... amazingly these 2 were cheaper than the inferior one bought locally!I purchased this pack (of 2) and was so delighted that i bought a second pack so i dont have to go thru the same thing if anything happens to the lock.6 months on and it looks like the other 3 will be in storage for some time, as the lock is going very well, it is on our side gate, open to the elements, and has performed faultlessly through a cold wet winter.I would strongly reccommend these locks to you, knowing you will be delighted with them.They are a nice sturdy weight, have a positive locking and opening action and an extremely clear combination panel.You may think a lock is just a lock, but as we discovered, a badly designed lock is a total pain! LolThe beauty of the combination lock is the fact that with a quick spin of the numbers the item is locked and opened, you dont need a key, so you cant lock anyone who has the combination out, if its on the gate. Because its keyless, you can keep it locked as you come and go, because its so easy to use. Keyed locks tend to be left open to allow access until you are ready to lock up....Barrel locks are able to secure your premises all the time because you dont have to carry your keys around 24/7 and there is no fear of locking yourself out.I would happily reccommend this lock to anyone, knowing it will perform well.

Easy to program with code, sturdy and great colour.

My usePurchased for use with an outdoor shed with a rasp that has a small hole, hence won't allow thicker steel u-bend padlocks. I bought to replace a standard waterproof key lock where the key was getting eaten up and it was a PITA to lock and unlock.Ease of setting codeI followed the instructions on the packaging and set my code.SizeElderly or less abled people may struggle to keep it at the right angle when setting the code or in general usage as the padlock is quite small to hold.It's bigger than could be used with most duitcases but smaller than a lot of shed padlocks.Ease of use / operationI find the barrels click nicely between each number and it's fairly easy to read the numbers. It is good the actual code numbers selected show up in a separate section at the end of the padlock, although for some people with access issues (to the sides) it may be easier if this was more central.Would I recommend?Overall I'm pleased with the padlock so far.I've utilised the rubber grommets from my previous padlock to keep the water from penetrating the parts where the u-bend steel goes into the enclosure. This is the only area which I think this padlock could do with done improvement to help keep it more watertight.Time will tell how waterproof this is.I'll update this review if anything changes.I would recommend buying it.
