I mostly got this for the heating function and it's nice and warm very quickly. I've found the vibrations at the head are a bit loud and uncomfortable for me, but the shoulder and lower back ones are wonderful 😍.The sound doesn't come through my microphone either so when I'm in a meeting/gaming with friends is all good.I've also had some shoulder pain recently and this has helped with that a little bit, similar to how a hot water bottle does.I saw a review on here saying you can't turn the vibration off and have heat? Maybe I have a newer version but on mine you can, you just push the vibration again to turn it off and the heat will keep going.Small downside, if like me you sit like an awkward gremlin sometimes, with feet up on the chair, the motors at the thigh section are a bit uncomfortable, digging into legs/feet, which is fine with the vibrations but otherwise is a bit uncomfortable. But if you sit normally this isn't a problem at all.

Wasnt expecting much for the price but item is really nice. Using with my desk chair. Cause its well padded you also use it as extra cushion for chair with wore of padding. Massage has various and plenty of setting for most. Heat works well. The item is very well made would recommend and may even buy another to go in car.

Only had the product a few days and I've put it in the car. The motors for the massage are strong enough to leave you numb (when dialed up to max, less aggressive settings are available) and the heated components reach a good temperature. Motor placement seems good but the neck motors don't really reach my neck thanks to the contour of the car seat.There are a couple minor improvements that could be made. The pocket that holds the remote has some velcro to close it and secure the remote in the pocket however this can't be opened one handed. As it's on the right hand side in the car, you'd need to take both hands off the wheel to retrieve the remote if you were driving. I'll be removing the velcro from mine. Obviously, this is not a problem if you use this in the home.The other is the remote. It offers excellent control but if you want to turn on the heated seat, back and three of the motor clusters on full time, it's six button presses. It'd be nice to have an "everything on full" button. It also doesn't remember the setting from the last time it was switched on.These are minor quibbles and more suggestions for improvements. The product seems well made, is comfortable and works well. As for durability, mine came with a two year warranty which leaves me hopeful but only time will tell.

Bought this for use in my car, but the product does not come with the relevant 12v car adapter included.A car adapter can be purchased from the Comfier Europe website at a cost of about £10 but I frankly couldn't be bothered.There are things about this product to love. The material is nice and it feels well made.It sounds odd, but I was disappointed with the fact that you have to use the product as a massage seat. By that I mean, you cannot just have the heat on. If this is switched on, then the massage function is running.The massage is OK. It's NOT shiatsu like rollers, but rather vibrating motors and the massage effect from them is ok. The massage has 3 levels, but I am not sure if there was that much of a difference between them.The heat setting works, the product definitely heats up, but I am not sure it's as hot as the description suggests. There is no danger of you burning yourself and you might not notice the heat function.The product is surprisingly noisy... if you are using this in a room with other people, they would definitely ask what the noise was. If you are planning on using this to relax, I would suggest this probably isn't the best option.I sat on the cushion for about 10 minutes and when I got up, I felt kinda numb. The sorta paraesthesia type sensation you get when your leg goes to sleep. It wasn't a completely unpleasant sensation, but I think it was the absence of the massage that I enjoyed, as opposed to the machine itself.I invited my partner to have a go and she said it was "reminiscent of a ride on an old tractor". She probably isn't wrong. It's a bit like when you sit over the engine on a bus idling in traffic... not an unpleasant sensation but is it something you would pay for?Like I said, I bought this for use in the car and that's pretty much a non-starter given that I am not going to pay out for another adapter.I did think about keeping the product and putting it under the cover of an armchair, but its too noisy and the massage is not something I think I am going to miss, so return and refund it is.

This exactly what I need for my strained muscles after heavy work. The vibration can be controlled, not too high and not too low, just nice. The cushion is very comfy, not some other brand that uses a very thin cushion. Overall this item is worth with its reasonable price.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCTI wanted this item primarily for the heated function. The Massager was a added bonus. Unfortunately the massager is on constantly and you are unable to turn is off. The is no option just to have the heat seat, which didn't feel that warm.I have tried to return this item on the day of Delivery, but Amazon just states "This item isn't eligible for return." it's comfortable and helps back so happy with it

THIS IS NOT A SHIATSU MASSAGER!!!!I have a chair massager but it’s old and starting to fail. I found this one and liked the reviews and the features. It was packaged well and wrapped in plastic. I am 5’2” and the neck shoulder area should be at my shoulders but because I’m short it rests on the back of my head about where my ears are. Which isn’t a bad thing for me since I need heat and massage there too. It comes with 2 straps to keep it in place, one at the top and one where the back and seat connect. I have a power lift recliner and I was able to get the bottom strap over the recliner and tucked under the back cushion(pic). The top strap would not fit but sometimes you have to get creative. I hooked bed sheet clips together and put it behind the straps on the massager and then easily put it over the recliner and it worked like a charm(pic)! The material is soft and it’s comfortable to sit on. The massagers on the seat can be uncomfortable when sitting up on the edge of the chair, my old one had them too, so they don’t bother me much but they might someone else. Now it’s time to test it out. I went through all the settings and the 5 mode options are nice but I prefer a steady, constant vibration. Which is available on the individual areas. It does have the option to turn on/off the individual areas. It has high, medium and low speeds. I have to use the low speed. The higher speeds vibrate my head too much and makes my eyes hurt. Everyone’s tolerance is different. This is how I like it: I turn it on, I push the button next to each individual area, set it on low speed and turn the back heat on(pic). I relax for 30 minutes of bliss! The one thing I wish it had was a memory on the controller so all I had to do was hit the power button so I didn’t have to hit all the buttons every time I turn it on. Not a deal breaker though. It does come with a 2 year warranty that you just to go on Comfier’s website to register which was very quick and easy. You will need your order number. I highly recommend this product and will buy another one when needed. Well worth the money!

Easy to install and works really good. Heat gets super hot and feels so good. worth every penny.

I bought one of these a year ago and just got another one. It appears to work as described for my back. It is very easy to use and comfortable for short time use. The cord on the remote is about a foot to short for use in my recliner and if you plan on sitting on it when not in use you will notice the little motors make it a bit uncomfortable. I put a half inch piece of cloth covered foam over the pad to make it more comfortable. I do recommend getting this pad as it keeps me from taking pain medication.

The back massage cushion is easy to set up and use. It provides a soothing back massage. I used the 4 massage regions on high intensity and found it to be beneficial. A good way to start or end your day.

I actually am having a problem with my knee & have been hurting a lot. I got this Massage Seat Cushion, turned everything on & have fallen asleep three times with it on, so it's got to be relaxing me, bc I NEVER fall asleep in the day unless I'm sick. I use it almost all the time.I was actually trying to replace one my husband accidentally got rid of, which had rollers in it. If this one had that feature, too, it would be the icing on the cake!
