I have used this product on redwood deck 5 years now. I live in Lake Tahoe so the weather really beats it up it lasts a year or two and I have to re sand and re apply. Great product and easy to use.

Good paint
This paint has a good sheen to it and provides great protection against water. Color is more orange red than red.

I like the color and it's no more difficult to apply than other coatings, but my first experience is that it starting peeling off within six months. This purchase was for my second application. I thoroughly power washed the deck and put three coats of the stain on it. We'll see how it works, this time.

After a few days it got a nice red wood color but it went on pink. Easy to apply, easy clean up, and works as described.
