My wife love this watch unfortunately the strap broke unable to repair or replace would love to buy but always out of stock

The watch is absolutely fabulous but I had to replace watch battery as the one it came with was dead, I also had problem with another watch the clasp was very tight then it fell off,but I have been promised another watch which I hope will work properly.

On the large side but to me that is a good thing not a bad thing. I wasn't looking for a child's watch. Have just had a jeweler take out 3 links in the bracelet. Now it fits perfectly. Not an expensive intervention and well worth it. The watch is extraordinarily beautiful.

Would not recommend

Having read mixed reviews about this watch I decided to order it and see for myself and I personally love it. I wanted bling but not ott. This is the perfect balance. I’d read reports of the clasp not opening, or the battery not working/lasting but mine is perfect. The only thing was I needed to take a link out of the strap and couldn’t manage that with the tool provided. I contacted the seller who was really understanding and agreed if I took it to be altered he would reimburse me that cost, which he did immediately. All round a great experience and I cant recommend highly enough.

The watch looks great and Is a present for my partner. Although it gives you a tool to adjust the watch bracelet to fit there are no instructions as to how to do this! The only instructions tell you how to adjust the time. I asked the seller for help but have received none. If we can’t get help or the cost of a watch repair is too high we may have to return it which would be a shame
