The product has stopped working after almost 4 months. The usage has been very minimal(once or twice a week at max). I have been asked to contact the seller for a resolution. The person who picks up the phone says he has never sold such products online or on amazon…..Another number was provided by amazon and they dont pick up any calls. The quality is really bad and it is not worth spending money on this. It is better to spend a little more and get a quality product

- Items got 1doorbell, 1switchboard, 1 small battery (23A 12V) for switchboard- You need to buy two pencil battery for doorbell- Sound of doorbell is really high and not sure exactly but 20+ bell songs are available.- For changing songs tiny button is present at the side of doorbell, you need to push it repeatedly until you get your choice of song.-For hanging the switchboard double sided tape is at the back, just unwrap the tape paper and fix it wherever u want.-For hanging doorbell pin hole is at the back, just hang it wherever you want-Volume control is NOT available only song skip function is available.

The product was good , serves the purpose, but they have sent me a small bell not the same I ordered.

The product works very well. Has a very nice range ,good sound , easy to install. It is very reasonable.

Though this was a wi fi call bell. It does not work even beyond 1 meter. Return date expired, so I could not return the product.
