Great taste!
These are delicious! I love that they have 10 grams of protein per serving. A healthy and delicious option to replace your bread or wrap for sandwiches.

Love Love Love these. What a great Low Carb / Keto item for any diet. Healthy too!!
From the moment I saw these I knew I had to try them. We started out buying online straight from the factory and they send frozen. Then we found these at Whole Foods. At first Whole Foods received in a frozen state. They may still but we have not seen this. They make these in a pizza shell shape and in the Sandwich Rounds. We use these to make pizza. What a wonderful way to enjoy a pizza on a low carb or Keto diet.We place them on a cookie sheet. Spread Rao's Spaghetti Sauce in Marinar Flavor also sold at Whole Foods. We place toppings on the sauce whether it be diced tomatoes, Thin Sliced Bilinski's Organic Spicy Italian With Red Pepper Sausage also sold at Whole Food, and any choice of cheese. Mozzarella or Grated Romano Cheese, Pizza Blend, or 3-Cheese Italian to top it off.Pop it in the oven. They make great pizza meals without the worry of carbs. 2-Pizzas per person is a normal serving or add a salad and serve 1-pizza per serving. They make a tasty and healthy meal.

Beware these have dairy!
I assumed these were plant based, but they are not. I could not try them, but they looked really good!

Husband loves it, but I don't care for it.
I personally do not like these at all! But my husband loves them, he says they taste like Cauliflower & Cheese, so we keep our fridge stocked w/ it all times. I personally can't handle the texture & don't find this to be a good bread substitute.

Usually Great, something changed
These rounds were a house staple for us until the last month or so when they always fall apart (2024). I used to be able to toast them and use as a soft taco shell alternative. Now it’s hard to even move them from the package to a plate without them falling apart, let alone as part of a meal. Please go back to the old recipe.

Tasty but spendy
I was very sceptical of these as cauliflower is not my jam. However, I wanted something low carb so I gave these a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how very ok they tasted... Then I toasted them (as the package suggested). Toasting is the way to go because once toasted they are delicious. They are very good for breakfast wraps or as full in for tortillas when you have a taco craving. The only downside is the extreme cost at over a dollar each or nearly 3 cents per calorie.

Fabulous sandwich bread alternative
I *love* these! Use them instead of hamburger buns. I prefer to "toast" them before using them but not in a toaster. (They slip between the tray and the wires and they don't always stand up.) Best in a dry frying pan, toaster oven or on a baking tray in the oven. But you can use them as they are. (I just find they fall apart a little.) I prefer the Italian seasoned ones because they are so delicious that I eat them on their own. But, the original is perfect for any bread substitute because it has a more "neutral" taste. I just wish they were less expensive. But, if you are avoiding bread, they're definitely worth it!
