Adjustable Weight Bench - Utility workout Benches for Exercise, Free Installation Design for Portable Fitness Strength Training Equipment at Home Gym

I ordered this workout bench in order enhance my workouts. I already own several free weights. I knew they would complement this bench wonderfully. Assembly was stress-free and completed in minutes. Then I got on it and tried it out. It was very sturdy, and adjusting the bench was unbelievably easy. The bench also had nice cushioning, ensuring comfort. Having assured myself of its sturdiness and safety, I brought out my free weights and did a workout... with great success! I used it almost every day when I first got it. It was so fun to use that I looked forward to each workout session, which is not my norm. The bench, combined with free weights, additional accessories for resistance and Fitify [my preferred workout app], I was able to achieve stellar results.

Just got delivered today. 12 year old set it up in under 30 minutes with provided instructions. It is indeed compact size when folded up. Feels sturdy and moves freely without feeling wobbly or risky. Can be used for a variety of exercises also. Things to know before buying : 1- the size is indeed small. Mainly ok for teens or small structures folks around 5.5 height. Fortunately, I am a small person so it works for me as well. 2- back slides all the way from upright position to a decline position. Great for abs and decline fly or press. 3- the foam felt sturdy and firm. Should last. It is also reasonably broad. 4- the frame feels sturdy. Not cheap or flimsy. 5- you cannot do calf curls. The fact it has leg extensions got me thinking that calf curls would be possible but it is cumbersome. Maybe I have to use it more to realize how that can be worked around safely. All in all, for the price, looks quiet nice and works. Just do not expect to match a kettler or any pro equipment.

Quality made

I purchased this bench mainly so I could do preacher curls, but use it for many more exercises. It is quick to adjust the bench portion, the one downside I found is that to adjust the front pad, you have to unscrew the upper leg assembly to raise and lower, which although not that difficult, I think that portion could have been designed better. It's well built, sturdy and comfortable. Assembly is very straightforward and took about 15-20 minutes. Footprint is not cumbersome and the fact that it folds up makes it even less so.

Although the product arrived as expected, and it was good for the price, and easy to assemble, we were very saddened one of the feature did not work well. I didn’t expect my 14 year old to get hurt. The quality of the pulley system was not as expected. He was using the pull resistant feature and it ripped off and popped him in the arm and injured him. So the feature can no longer be used. But the reaming ins still excellent. The company and seller read her out later after my review and offered me a full refund for the issue. I appreciated the professional response.

I’ve been using this adjustable weight bench for a bit now, and I’m actually really happy with it. Usually, with home gym gear, you worry about it feeling cheap or shaky, but this thing feels solid. ​What I Like: ​The Adjustments: It’s super easy to switch between incline, flat, and decline. It doesn’t stick or feel like you’re fighting with it. ​The Padding: It’s firm enough to support you during heavy lifts but has just enough "give" that it’s not like lying on a wooden board. ​Space Saving: Since I don't have a massive gym setup, I love that I can tuck this away when I'm done.

O equipamento é de qualidade porém o assento do banco é um pouco afastado dos roletes onde põe as pernas, talvez por causa do padrão corporal do país fabricante, recomendo atenção quanto a isso, as almofadas. Os roletes são pequenos na largura e grossura fazendo com que as pernas e pés saiam do lugar, tive que comprar outros.

Bonne armature qui a l'air assez solide. Mais le gros problème reste la très faible qualité des coussins et des vis qui le fixent. Pour un prix de plus de 500 €, vous pouvez vous offrir une qualité semi-professionnelle sans souci plutôt que d'acheter ce banc bas de gamme made in China.
