Due to the heavy weight and large package this product can not shipped to Hawaii due to very expensive shipping costs for a product this large.

Q: Does this come in one box?

Yes. The bean bag comes compressed in a small sized box. It takes a full 24 hours to expand and roughly 8-10 days to be fully uncompressed. If you break it up by hand and shake it up, it will fill up a lot quicker.

Q: flat stack - can I return this without the inside foam? It is so big and I can not pack it to return

Put it in a 55 gallon plastic bag, then use a vacuum machine to suck air out. While vacuum machine is still on, tape it all around with duct tape to fix size, then turn off vacuum machine. Then it will fit in the original box. That's how I returned this garbage product.
