Swivel Mirror Screws give your mirror old-fashioned charm! Allows easy mirror movement. A 3-1/2" overall steel bolt with a styled head. Includes the threaded insert for installation. Threaded portion of bolt is 2-1/4" long. The threaded insert length of thread is 9/16 with a 3/16" thick head, (3/4" overall). Review: Perfect Match - I had spent quite some time restoring an old swivel mirror that had been gifted to my wife only to find that I had misplaced the screws and was unable to finish the project! Never one to fail me, a quick search on desertcart resulted in this item. Unsure of the quality, I was hesitant, but the actual Rockler website included reviews on this and the polished brass screws, which helped to put my mind at ease. I received the item quickly and all I have to say is THANK YOU ROCKLER... YOU ROCK! (sorry, bad pun) The screws were an identical match to the misplaced originals and the threads (sockets) for the screws were also included. The screws themselves are sturdy and well-made and easily hold the heavy mirror and wood frame in place. I would highly recommend these as either a replacement, or as new screws for a project. 2015-07-09: I just wanted to add a photo to this review to help answer a question regarding the actual look of the antique (vs. polished) brass. For what it's worth: they are still going strong! The screw mounts for the back mirror were missing in action and I had been trying to place them for some time (didn't even know what to call them). I was fortunate to find Swivel Mirror Screws in the Rockler Store while browsing through desertcart and ordered a pair of in Antique Brass. The order arrived in two days and the mirror was mounted in under five minutes. I wish the rest of my life was that easy. Kudos to the Rockler Store and desertcart.

Swivel Mirror Screws

PERECT for swivel vanity mirror
I am so glad that I found these mirrow screws for my antique vanity!! The inserts for the mirror fit perfectly - I was able to switch them out within 5 minutes. Now, my mirror sits perfectly and swivels so nicely. Was having to use an allen-wrench on each side to hold the mirrors :( Very happy that I came across this item on AMAZON - been in need of these Swivel Mirror Screws forEVER (40+ years). Thank you!

Used to fix standing swivel mirror.
I had a standing swivel mirror I bought used years ago. It had plastic screws on the side and broke long, long ago. So I had been trying to get the mirror to stop swiveling back, and finally got tired and decided to buy these. They are made of metal, which is it's best feature, and fit well into my mirror's existing screw bases mounted in the frame. These are great, really did the trick.

These are larger diameter than the items we replaced. Expect them to work well on large cheval mirrors
