Installed in the trunk of my car along with a dimmer knob and it works great. The light is nice and flexible on its side axis and gets really bright. I was initially concerned it might not be bright enough, but in the trunk of my car I am running it at about half brightness and it's still plenty bright. Really happy for the price.

This LED strip is actually pretty nice. When I purchased it I purchased 2, that way they can wrap all the way around my ceiling edge. These lights are satisfyingly bright and has a decent amount of fine control of the white temperature which is nice. These lights even have manual controls on the receiver box, even if it is kind of basic. The only issues I've had with it is that the power for it is a little chunky and the lights are controlled with radio frequency instead of infrared. The radio frequency point might not matter and may even be a plus for some people because of the fact that you don't need to point at it to change the light's settings, but in my experience it is much more susceptible to interference from other radio controlled things especially while living in an apartment. There are a multitude of times where my lights were being controlled by some random person who probably was only adjusting their own appliance. Mounting it was decent and honestly preferred over any adhesive, as adhesives wear away quickly compared to the solution given. They include a bunch of little clips that the light slots into that screws into the ceiling with very tiny screws. I have had these lights mounted for over a year and it has held in the clips the entire time and still going strong. These lights when I had purchased them were roughly $50 USD for the 32.8Ft tunable white variant, but at the time of writing this review is around $60 USD. It's honestly a great buy, I just wish the current price was a bit cheaper.

I used this strip as an accent light behind a wall-mounted 65" TV used in a friend's business office. The goal of the entire project was to add floor lamps and this light as a substitute for the harsh, uncomfortable office ceiling lights. The room is used for general office work, as well as a place for customers to meet for financial planning meetings, so there was a desire to create a more comfortable, inviting atmosphere. All of the new lights in the office are controlled/dimmed using Lutron Caseta lamp dimmers. For this reason, the included power supply was discarded as it is not dimmable. It was replaced with a dimmable 60w 12v driver (seen attached to the TV). The supplier doesn't state the color temperature, preferring instead to call it "warm white". My estimate is it's between 3000k and 3500k, which was a good match to the bulbs used in the lamps, so the color temperature is consistent across the room's lights. We could have simply purchased LED tape and bonded it directly to the TV's rear panel, which is what many do. I wanted a solution that offers protection to the tape, as well as one that would bend around the TV at the corners, as well as be easily removable should the TV need to be replaced. My only grips is the number of plastic mounting feet included with the strip. They are excellent and a full match to the silicone channel. But, there's just not enough included for a proper installation, and there's no option from the seller to buy additional ones I ended up buying similar ones from another seller, but they didn't hold the channel as tightly, so I ended up distributing them between the included clips. The seller should include them as optional accessories because they're needed about every four inches.

These are a great, affordable option when looking for an LED light option that has the neon look to it. The rope itself is flexible and easy to mount. The control and dimmer unit on the cord is also easy to use and makes it easy to dial in a brightness level that works well for your application. I do like that there are multiple color options, but I will always choose the warm white as it just feels less harsh to me. I used these to outline my stairs as an accent light during the day and a nightlight and nighttime and it worked so well for me.

Smooth, consistent lighting. I initially purchased a different set that I returned because you could see dark spots between each individual light in the strip (the blue lights in the photo). Provides significant light at its brightest, and a warm low at its dimmest. The screws did not hold up well when trying to mount directly into a stub. I would imagine just drywall would be fine. 10/10 would purchase again.

These get to be about 120°F to the touch, I’ve checked it with a laser temperature reader. The plug gets that hot as well. The light is very nice and soft and easy on the eyes if you’re not looking directly in it. I have it for lighting behind my mirror in the bathroom.

I used this light strip to backlight stained glass. This strip is unique because it doenst have the gaps of light that traditional led strips have. The light only comes out of one side. It also dims well. It was easy to work with but a few issues: 1) it does not come with adhesive tape (traditional tape won’t stick to silicone) and 2) if you switch the strip off via power (a traditional switch or Z-wave switch) the strip won’t turn on until you touch the remote. To be safe I measured and cut at 2.5cm increments from the start of the strip. Soldering was easy...(+) & (-) are marked on the strip. I would defiantly use/recommend this product for similar applications and when continuous light is needed.
