We only got one kit from medicare, the nurse said that we would have to buy these ourselves now. She said to rinse it with vinegar or pref bleach after.

This "all in one" irrigation kit works splendidly. I have to irrigate my husband's Foley catheter daily and, since the conditions need to be sanitary but not sterile, I have been able to use one kit for several days.
