I usually mix enough to fill my feeders but do refrigerate any excess. I do not refrigerate the concentrate. Hope this is helpful.

Yes the price is for 1 bottle. And this product had not been deadly to the several hummingbirds that frequent my feeder. I see the same ones over and over. I poured it straight from the bottle, to the feeder - I did not dilute.
