material is similar to Christmas ribbon, and just like it more for decoration than use - also size was too small for high tops.

Very cheap looking
Color was good, but very cheap ribbon, not fabric ribbon, more like cheap wrapping paper ribbon. It getsvery skinny and hard when tying a bow.
