Excellent hair loss prevention vitamin
Excellent and very important vitamin for hair growth and hair loss prevention. This is the only real thing that actually saved my hair. I suffered from horrific hair loss for a period of 3 months this winter and started to use biotin and noticed a massive difference after a few weeks only. Highly recommended in this gummy form as well! Very tasty

Good but a bit pricey for 30 days supply
Nails are growing strong and quick after taking these for a month. I love the flavour, among my vitamins this one came in last and finished first. Very tasty I took 3 gummies a day sometimes. The price is a bit too much.
