These mats are used for aging soft cheeses. I used to use bamboo mats, but when you age brie or blue cheese on those mats the mold would stick to the bamboo and damage the surface of the cheese. These mats don't stick! Not even a little bit. I've noticed all the bad reviews on this product are from people who don't realize how to use these sheets properly. They are not for draining cheese (only when you age it) - you use plastic cheese molds or cheese cloth for that. They are for aging soft cheese in your "cheese cave" and making it easy to turn your cheese every day without it sticking to a surface.

Need bigger size had to patch together. But work great

These do the trick at an affordable price. I am a beginner and these work fine with my projects. PRICE is the biggy for me and these were in my budget.

I don’t know if these are really for cheese, way too thin, you would need to use all to drain a cheese. Thin flimsy, no real draining ability. Returned them. I do make cheese, as I have a cow.

So yes, these are thin but work for me. I have homemade cheese press that is a little wobbly. These actually are nice in that it keeps my whole press a little more 'straight' because of the not slip nature of the mats. I do wish they are thicker but all in all they offer a non-slip bottom of my form. Only 4 stars due to the thinness of them.

They are very thin, not good for draining cheese. I have washed them several times and can't get rid of their terrible order. I will not be using them for any of my food.

They fit great and my dog doesn’t hate them.
