This grill cleaner was such a good buy. I had an old wire one that was past its lifespan and shedding lots of potentially dangerous wire fragments. I couldn’t believe how easy and effective this cleaning scraper was to use. The steam it created did a much better job of cleaning the grill than scraping it with the wire brush. The old grate was actually clean and almost like new except in the spots that were already rusted. What a lucky find!

This is the best grill cleaner I have ever used! It takes 1-2 minutes to clean using just water.

It works! Very minor faults are that, it's a little bit annoying to prepare -- you have to soak it -- and it's kind of drippy. That said, it's still a pretty cool tool.

This grill brush is exactly as described and 100% met my expectations. The red plastic is very durable and the quality all around is great. Very happy I invested in this grill brush, as it is more expensive than most basic grill brushes, but it’s well worth it. Don’t have to worry about wires possibly getting imbedded in food. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with a hole in the handle for hanging, I plan to drill a hole to thread a piece of plastic through so I can hang it on side of the grill. I am not buying their silicone hanger for $10. Based on the picture, you can tell this grill brush works really well, this is after cooking BBQ pork tenderloin. Cleaned it right up without a problem, just follow the simple directions.

I love the idea of this thing but when it comes to using it for real it ends up giving up and making holes in it way faster than you would think or hope. I put it in water and scrub small parts of the grill and then quickly put it back in water again so it doesn't get too hot. And I still have gone through two pads in just a few months which seems pretty darn fast for what I would expect for the price. Durability. Seems like it should be a lot better. It doesn't seem to clean underneath the metal as well as some of the metal bristle brushes do, which is unfortunate. So maybe I'm missing how to use this the correct way and I want it to work super well but it just doesn't quite do it for me and I feel like I've wasted some money.

This works very well on the BBQ. I used to use wet paper towels to steam it clean and this works so much better. Not worried about any brush particles getting in your food !! I highly recommend for a clean safe BBQ.

First, the videos for this device show your grill grates becoming much cleaner than I ever experienced while using this. Second, and most importantly, you need to dip this in water. One of the times I used it the steam from the grill and the water on the brush came up and burned the hell out of my hand and forearm. I was in major pain overnight and never read any warnings about this. I continued to use the product for a little longer but always wore a large rubber oven mitt to protect my arm and hand. The washable pads are nearly impossible to get off once in place. We had to use a flat head screw driver to pry them off every time. It states that they can go in the dishwasher which would be great if it actually got cleaned but, many times it came out feeling greasy still. Easily one of my least favorite products I have ever purchased!

Does a really nice clean up job, I still use a metal brush to get burnt stuff off the grills, but this is the perfect finishing touch. Will definitely buy again.

Doesn't work any better than my stainless bristle brush and water sprayer, in fact this cleaner doesn't remove food particles from in between the grating bars.

Best grill cleaner I used. Don’t have to scrub my grill, everything just wipes off easily. Easy to clean after use and dishwasher safe.

Not bad to clean the BBQ. Larger stuff stuck on needs to be scraped off still. 1 pad lasted the summer. Likely longer.

I like how solid the brush is and how effective it is.
