How do I set the light to cycle through the colors? It seems to stay on one color at a time.

As far as mine works, as soon as I plug it in and press the Light button on the remote, it starts to cycle through the colors.

I filled my diffuser and went to turn it on but it beeps three times and wont start. What is wrong?

Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear that there is an issue. Please make sure the water level in the tank is below the Max line and let the diffuser dry thoroughly .After that, could you please try again , and if you are still seeing issues, could you please contact us using contact seller option at Amazon ? We will make this right !. thank you!

What is the energy source? is it powered by electricity? battery? wi-fi?

This is powered by electricity. It plugs into the wall.
