I purchased 4 chains of different sizes and am thrilled with the quality! The crab claw is easy to use. The shininess is beautiful! I have received many compliments! If you are looking for a quality solid gold chain, you cannot go wrong with this purchase!

It looks beautiful but the chain is so thin and delicate that any charm you put on it must be extremely lightweight. I wish a 24-inch chain was available.

I purchased the .5 mm 16 in. chain for a small charm. I'm thankful the charm is small, otherwise this chain would break due to how thin it is.

First I was shocked at how thin the necklace was, but after putting it on, I'm happily surprised how bright and shiny it is, it really makes up for its size. The length is perfect for what I was looking for. I regret not getting it a little thicker, but I've fallen in love with this little thing around my neck. It says a lot being so little

Pretty, shiny chain, and reasonably priced. Deducting 1 star because as others have noted, the clasp is a little challenging. I have another delicate chain that I’ve been wearing for several years which has the same type and size of clasp....let’s be honest any clasp this small won’t be the easiest, sure, but I have years of experience working a tiny clasp of the same size on my other chain and this one really is more challenging, usually requiring 2 or 3 tries before I manage to hook it on to the other end of the chain. It feels as if the little spring within the clasp doesn’t allow for it to be retracted far enough to make enough of a good opening to allow the other side to be hooked on. There’s no room for error there so it takes me two or three tries to hit it just right. That said, the chain is pretty and since better priced than similar competitors, it’s worth it.

I cannot say enough good things about this product AND Honolulu Jewelry Company!!!! I have worn a locket since I was given it as a baby, and literally never ever ever take it off (only for spray tans). I bought this to replace the chain after mine broke. Firstly, this chain is beautiful; the gold retains its shine and the box chain is teeny teeny tiny and delicate. I'm writing this review almost exactly 11 months after purchasing (let me just repeat that I literally never take this off) AND IT IS STILL BEAUTIFUL!!! There is no rust or wear, the gold is still beautifully shiny and there is no sign of wear and tear. I cannot recommend this more highly! The seller also has amazing customer service--I originally ordered one that arrived broken due to no fault of the seller (the shipping package looked like it had been deliberately opened and stepped on when it arrived), and when I called, I spoke to a real human who immediately shipped me a replacement at no cost; all I had to do was mail them the broken one. This is real quality for an amazing price, and you can feel good supporting a good company (a rare thing on Amazon)
