Great speed coach on the OC
Just awesome. Has helped us consistently improve our rate and performance

It works as expected
Used for both dragonboat and OC1 training. Pros: Great for OC1, every stroke, short or long distance. Cons: It can sense the dragonboat speed, not very precise to track the stroke. For more experienced team, it do better job, for the less synchronized team, it didn't count well, which is understandable. Another concern is the app, old fashion. It took me some time to figure out how to export data out. The device itself does the job, the movement algorithm is acceptable accurate, just old system. Hope next version will integrate AI to improve the counting on all cases and better app.

Great coaching tool & "assistant". If directions for use make you a little crazy, best to call manufacturer & have someone guide you through the basics-so very helpful!

Great tool
Looks great so far. Knowing speed in relation to stroke rate+style is powerful. Only annoyance is that FIT FILE app is 3rd party . Any recommendations out there? What I've learnt so far is that my speed totally sucks (-: Hope to use for W6 training. This could help with establishing what stroke style and strategy is best for our team, instead of chasing a thousand latest theories by various guru's
