This is the second puzzle picture frame we bought from this company. Just like the first one, it is rated 5 stars! The puzzle fits perfectly and looks great through the plexiglass. It was so easy to get the puzzle into the frame. The hooks attached easily to the back.

I ordered this frame for a 24x30 1000pc puzzle by White Mountain. White Mountain has been out of stock of their puzzle frames for several months so I decided to try this one. It is a great frame, but a little too short on the 30-inch sides for my puzzle. I used an exacto knife and a cutting board and trimmed off about 1/8 inch from each of the 30-inch sides to make it fit. I didn't really lose any of the design because the puzzle had about a quarter inch border around it. The frame itself is nice and sturdy. The plexiglass is covered by plastic that you remove on both sides. It comes with all hanging hardware but you have to drill your own holes for the screws to attach the hangers. So I would say that unless you have the tools you need to trim for a White Mountain puzzle, this will not work. But I made it work and it looks great.

Great frame for the price! Looks like a higher quality frame than it is. Arrived well packaged with no damage. The film over the plexiglass on both sides is a game changer to protect it. Very smart. You have to install the hardware yourself, which is nice because it allows flexibility in hanging options. However, there were no instructions on how to install the hardware, which might be challenging for some people.

Packaged well. Fit my 1000 piece puzzle perfectly. As expected frame slightly larger than puzzle. I added a home made mat.

This fit my Ravensburger 500 piece puzzle about perfectly. There was just a very tiny extra room on the top and tad one of the sides -so about a perfect fit---slipped right in with no gluing and no problem-- see photo. Also there is a film that comes on the plexiglass and NOTE--this film which you take off is on BOTH sides of the plexi-glass and this leaves you with a crystal clear plexiglass. My order arrived within 4 days which was way earlier than the estimate. It came with the hardware taped to the back corner--easy to install--just hammer carefully. My puzzle itself measured a bit over 27 inches by 20. The frame and plexiglass arrived in perfect condition. It took me about 5 minutes ;-).

The frame is cheap MDF. It looks OK but it cracked when I pounded in the supplied hanging hardware. The "glass" is unbelievably thin. I thought maybe 1/16"? No. it's worse, it's 3/128ths (see photo). It is not worth it. I will replace it at additional cost. I replaced the "glass" with a 1/10" thick pice of plexi-glass from local hardware store. An additional $14.

It took nearly 3 weeks for me to get this item and when it finally came, the mounting hardware was not included as it mentions in the description.

First off, it is packed with a lot of bubble wrap and thank goodness because the box was in bad shape! I opened in expecting the worst and it was perfectly fine. Now, save yourself a headache and measure your puzzle carefully. Do not go by the dimensions on the puzzle box. Springbok 1000 piece puzzle is suppose to be 24x30 it is not. It measures 24.5 x 30.5 that's a big difference when buying a frame. The library puzzle was perfect for my classroom and this was the best priced frame that came with any type of plastic or glass so I bought it anyway. Cutting a 1/2 inch from the top and the side was slow going but not difficult. In the end it was totally worth it. The frame is sturdy and holds the puzzle in firmly. I will be buying another one for the next puzzle, and yup, I'll cut that one too.
