This jerky checks all the right boxes for me: tender, slightly sweet, and rich in flavor.

The texture is very soft it’s not quite jerky like and very moist and not very salty I could use a bit more salt and a little bit dryer not what was expected for wagyu premium jerky.

NOT GIVING FIVE STARS BECAUSE THE FLAVOR WAS GOOD BUT NOT AS FLAVOR PACKED AS I EXPECTED WAGYU TO BE.

Tasted good but didn't get the flavor profile of sea salt and pepper. Had almost a teriyaki flavor but more subtle. Good sized pieces in the bag.

I like that when I received my jerky. It was fresh sad shipping was on time. The only thing I dislike is the induce is tooo high than when I purchase it in a store. I would love to see a discount or a sale on this item and I would buy more. Love this product but it’s too expensive to purchase on line and I can’t find it in store any more.

Doesnt taste like salt and pepper, its not a bad a flavor, just wasn't for me.

Of all the beef jerkies I had, this is definitely the best, the right level of dryness and simple flavoring bring out the best taste of the excellent wagyu beef. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it
